Edify Serviced Accommodation properties are conveniently located throughout Southampton, a short drive to the New Forest, Peppa Pig World (Paulton’s Park) and Fawley Refinery. 

If you are unfamiliar with the area our friendly, helpful team will be happy to help with recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink, as well as to assist with travel arrangements such as booking taxis.

Properties are easily accessed from major roads such as the M3 and M27, train stations and Southampton International Airport. The area is well serviced by local bus networks as well as national coach services. If you drive, most of our properties have free parking available*.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will be asked in your reservation form to confirm your arrival time, to ensure everything is ready for your stay. Our properties are usually self-check in with a lock box located at the property. Check in is from 3pm. 

All of your reservation details including directions and check in information is sent to you a day prior to your arrival.

If you wish to cancel or amend any part of your booking, please notify us in writing 14 days in advance of your arrival date for a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.

If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

We allow pets in some of our properties please enquiry through our contact us page and we can assist you with your booking.

We welcome children to our accommodation and can provide a high chair and travel cot on request. Please contact us for further details.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM.
